Overall, pretty good experience. David showed up on time, was polite, and easy to talk to. At first, he said he could reinstall the existing shelving based on his initial look. But after checking more closely, he realized it wasn’t repairable and just patched the holes instead. What I appreciated is he didn’t charge anything for that, which honestly felt fair. For the install, he put in a basic Everbilt shelving system. I was kind of expecting it to include a hanger rod, but it didn’t. Not a huge deal since the system is flexible and I was able to grab a rod and brackets myself. It probably would’ve helped if that was mentioned upfront, or if he gave options like a heavier-duty version. But I get the sense he was just trying to keep costs down. In the end, the job got done and everything looks good. He’s reliable and professional, so I’d still recommend him.
